Objective: Create large posters, that displays BadgePass’ 4 core values, to be printed as acrylic frames and mounted in the conference room.

Approach: To begin I looked into standard sizes that are used for posters. I landed on 3 – 18×24″, 24×36″ and 27×40″. I measured the wall that they were to be mounted on, along with the large conference room table, so that they could be mounted as centered as possible. I followed with my standard design process – discovery, rough sketches and ideation, drafts and finalization via approval of pieces.

Results: Core value posters designed, ordered and mounted to the conference room wall.
