Objective: The idea was to essentially create virtual business cards to automatically be included at the bottom of all employee emails. The company’s application that we used also made it so that the images automatically displayed without the need to download the images to view in the email.

The signature cards were to have 4 primary templates – 1 for the Sales department, 1 for the Customer Success team, 1 for every department that needed a photo and a generic one for departments that didn’t need their photo included.

Approach: To start I knew that I needed to find a pixel dimension to work with, something around 280×240 pixels. My standard design process followed – discovery, rough sketches and ideation, drafts and finalization via approval of pieces.

Results: Signature cards were successfully created and implemented across all departments. The inclusion of 3 brief facts about employees were to help make employees more personable with our clients and partners.
