Objective: Create a fun project for BadgePass’ Halloween Pinterest treat competition, a friendly competition among BadgePass employees.

Approach: I started with an internet search to see what project that I could replicate that best suited my strengths. I ran across treats where people used rice krispie treats and red food coloring to mimic ground beef.

I went to Kroger and took photos of their beef packaging labels. I used their design as a template and injected Halloween concepts in a dozen labels. The labels were 4×6″ and I used Avery address label sticker sheets to print the designs onto them.

Results: The treats and overall concept was a big hit and I won that year’s Halloween competition.
