Objective: A logo was needed for a BadgePass application called BadgePass ONE, BadgePass ONE is a cloud-based identification product. The original name was BadgePass Connect and I had a lot of fun exploring concepts for the logo.

Approach: I knew I wanted at least 2 letters to be connected, so I looked at ideas of the “C” and “O” being connected, but fell into the 2 letter Ns being joined together as well. I also wanted to incorporate the rounded rectangle shape of a plastic card and eventually a cloud.

Results: After further research we steered away from the name being Connect and opted with the name being ONE instead. We went with an infinite symbol that still has roots with the BadgePass logo with a lowercase b and p making up the infinite, or link symbol. Again, color palette and font are the same as parent BadgePass logo.
